Partnering Works delivers services to clients using a combination of elements from Carolyn's three key areas in ways designed to best meet the needs of clients. These areas have been developed from her knowledge, experience and professional development and training. They are all informed by her ethic that enhancing the quality of people and their relationships has the power to deliver great results for individuals and organizations.

Carolyn's ability to develop and maintain effective long-term partnerships and collaborative relationships with people - staff, clients and stakeholders - is the basis for services. Carolyn works with groups or on a one-to-one coaching basis. She is a licensed trainer and facilitator in the 0-10 relationship management framework developed by Tony Lendrum from his internationally applied strategic partnering methodology.

Carolyn strongly believes in the power of re-framing to reveal new ways of seeing, saying and doing in organisations, and in their development of strategy.

Carolyn has worked as the CEO to a Board, and is a Director on three Boards and an Audit Committee member. She understands corporate governance from first hand experience and her knowledge is furthered as a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors, and Institute of Management.
